The Chamber is looking for interested businesses of the community who would like to help the community function for a better way of business.

What is the Chamber of Commerce of the Moriches?

It is a voluntary organization of individuals and businesses who have joined together to advance the commercial, financial, industrial and business interests of the community. It will serve as an action designed to meet community and area needs.

Who Are Its Members?

Any business, firm or individual sharing a common business interest in community improvement can be eligible for membership. Eligibility and dues requirements are listed below.

Who Pays for It?

Financed by membership dues and fundraising activities, the Chamber expenses are apportioned to members. Chamber membership is an investment in the present and future needs of the community.

Who Runs It?

The organization is run by the Officers and by the Board of Directors who are elected each year by the Chamber members. The Board reports to the members monthly at the general membership meetings. The Board serves without pay.

Membership in the Chamber costs $150.00 with your initial application, $125 each year after, which gives you a full calendar year membership in the Chamber, placement on our mailing list for notification of all future meetings and events, and placement of their business or residential name on the Chamber Bulletin Board located on Main Street in Center Moriches.

The Chamber meets every second Tuesday of the month (excluding July and August). Chamber meetings start at 6.00pm for networking or dinner, and meetings are called to order at 6:30pm.
