DESCRIPTION:  \n\n\n\n\nOur Spring Fair is a highly anticipated event in the community\, showcasing local vendors\, food trucks\, and activities for all ages. This year’s fair will take place on Sunday\, June 14th\, 2026\, on Main Street in Center Moriches. Vendor registration is available on a first-come\, first-served basis\, with special requests accommodated if received early. Main Street will be closed for the duration of the fair\, and registration will take place from 7 a.m. to 9:30 a.m. at the Allstate Office. The fair will run from 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.\, offering a fun-filled day for the whole family. \nVendor spots are $100.00. \nFood Truck spots are $200. \nNon-Profit Vendor Spots are $50.00. \nChamber Member Vendor Spots are $50.00. \nMain Street Merchants utilizing spots in front of their stores are now $50. \nAll mailed applications and checks must be received by June 10\, 2026. After this date\, all applications must be accompanied with cash or money order only\, may be turned in at Moriches Bay Realty\, 328-1 Main St\, Center Moriches. The cut off date to pre-register is June 12\, 2026. Vendor spots are assigned on a first come\, first serve basis. Spot assignments are not guaranteed. We will try to accommodate special requests if received early enough. If you wish the same spot as a previous fair\, apply early and specify the spot number and which fair. \n  \n     Vendor spots are $85.00. Non-Profit Vendor Spots are $45.00. Chamber Member Vendor Spots are $45.00. FOOD TRUCK SPOTS ARE $170 due to the need for two spots. All mailed applications and checks must be received by October 17\, 2025. After this date\, all applications must be accompanied with cash or money order only\, may be turned in at Moriches Bay Realty\, 328 Main St\, Center Moriches. The cut off date to pre-register is no later than 3pm\, October 17\, 2025. To register the day of the fair the fee will be $100.00 per spot\, cash only. Do not call to reserve a spot. Spots are reserved with payment only. \n  \nPrintable application HERE: PRINTABLE APPLICATION \nTo Reserve your Vendor space by paying online click here: PAY ONLINE \n     RULES: PLEASE READ THOROUGHLY!                                       \n1.      All vendors must park off Main St. by 9:30 am or you will be moved. \n2.      You must clean up your area before leaving. \n3.      Food vendors must adhere to health department rules and post such permits as it applies. \n4.      If your setup exceeds the 14-foot-wide spot measurements\, you will be required to purchase another spot. This includes curbside setups. \n5.      All vendors must post the approved Chamber vendor permit in a visible position. \nNOTE: We have been informed by NYS Dept.
