Annual Holiday Tree Lighting Brightens the Holiday Season

This year we had our annual tree lighting in the King Kullen Shopping Center located right in our lovely town of Center Moriches. Community members and elected officials started arriving at around 7pm on December 7th. We heard music from the Center Moriches High School Band and handed out cookies and hot Chocolate. We then had a visit from Steven Schwartz of the Center Moriches Jewish Center, to light the Menorah and explain a bit about Hanukkah and it’s traditions.
