Second Meeting of the Year

In our second meeting of 2020, we met at Oasis Rehabilitation and Nursing. We had two guests, and went over a variety of topics, including the presentation of this year’s budget.

30 Years of Service

Our first guest is Rodney Dickson, who received a 30-year anniversary plaque for his work in accounting in Center Moriches. Over his 30 years, he has done a lot of service for our community. As an East Moriches local, he understands that his service in the area helps everyone grow and be successful. Thank you, Rodney!

Congratulations on Excellence

Our second guest of the night was Ethan Colwell, a senior at Center Moriches High School who is being recognized for his Student of the Month award in business. Business has always been an interest for Ethan and learning about the stock market and the economy is one of his favorite parts of high school. When he is older, he is looking to be in the FDNY because he wants to help the community of New York.

Bloom Learning Center

Tara Kochanskyj of Bloom Learning Center told us about her education business, which offers pre-school and care for children as young as 6 weeks old, up to 5 years old. She has 107 students currently enrolled in her learning center.
